Ever since I was a weee dRi I'd make up songs, even when I was crying or trying to talk! So here I am a big kid now aka grown up, still making up songs ALLLL DAY LONNNG! I'd post them to my personal IG account, but that wasn't enough. They'd get lost in the mix, so that I had to fix! I created AndrianaSINGS just over 2 wks ago so i could easily share these melodic happenings I make up 'On the Spot' with friends, family & complete strangers. At my shows I'd make up songs all of the time, but I'd never tell the audience, until I realized how much fun I was keeping to myself, so I began to take suggestions or share with them that I was about to write a song! Now, the tricky thing about making up songs everyday is choosing which ones to memorize and make into records. heh We r Born w/ a heartBEAT. Our VOICE the melody. <3
I got to do my favorite thing ever this past Sunday, make up a zillion random songs! Then i got to do this within a 2 hr period about whatever the heck we were chatting about. Even MORE FUN!

Earth is ALIVE! This is our earth breathing, bursting with life, building new ground. A natural phenomenon of renewal. Nicaragua is the land of lakes and volcanos, with thousands of people living around the inside of inactive volcanos that are now forests filled with life.
Seeing, Breathing, Hearing Earth. The earth is so multifaceted in its various landscapes and climates, species and geological differences. What's so fun about traveling are the different characteristics each outdoor environment uniquely expresses. For example, Scents, Texture and color pallet: The dessert, light, white, dry, sharp, but can be smooth with sand dunes too. Underwater diving the reef is so teal and neon, with the ocean sprayed salty air. Hiking in the woods is green and brown with gusts of the most heavenly scent i like to call: 'Leaves & Earth Baking in the HOT HOT Sun'. So captivating its like that moment when i'll be outdoors and close my eyes and the clouds part ways and the sun hits my face and then a bird sings and the wind blows and the leaves dance and they sing too. oh! and boots crunching in snow, Love that. I hope to visit this volcano some day.
That was the audience suggesten... "give me a fruit!" i said. "Apple" someone yelled form the audience. "give me a place!" "Prison!" someone else exclaimed. What a fun game... Lines from a Hat or in this case, our pockets! Begore the show we had some magical pen and pieces of paper in which our dear audience members scribbled quotes or odd random one liners. in this scene, we then reach into our pockets to read the lines, as random times during the scene. What a fabulous team, band, and DANCERS!!!!!! My dear amiga #AngelaHarriell who teaches Sexy Sweat It Out Jazz Dance Class here at #LaLuz (Sun 12pm) asked me to be a part of her dance troupe #LoveShow for the 'You're The One That I Want' music video with TRAGEDY and I said HECK YEA!!!! You see me play with a teachers tie and wiggle my lonnnnng tongue around when we devour Lance. We had so much fun. So much talent. ROCK On to the Top! Here's the video! I played sparkles for years! It's even featured in my music video! It's historic and a discovery, an epiphany in my world as an artist. The way the lines crack and mix together. The layers of paint and he(art)ful details. Brooke says she's going to learn for to play guitar on it and perform out in her new town of Austin, TX! Beautiful!!! So many songs have been written on that guitar. I believe it was my first guitar!!!!! So it is so perfect that it is hers. Note to Brooke: you energy is such a ray of sunshine. Thanks for your support over the years with my creations in purchasing vinyl record rings. You are so positive and such a precious being. I love you to pieces and I wish you lots of laughter and giggles everyday!! I can't wait to visit you in Austin!!!

One of my best friend ang moved away about 9 months ago. She is active in helping refugees and was in Washington, D.C. For a meeting. While here, silvana and Emily and ang and I attended the MERMAID LAGOON! an annual benifit to help raise money for the ocean. The past 2 years I performed. Hard to believe time goes this fast. I look forward to performing at next years!

I've always wanted to do this. So it's a dream come true. I loce dancing and I love dancing these dances. Even more, I love teaching. And I love love love performing. Lots to look fwd to!
This past Sunday I had a blast with my friends at the Trafedy Video shoot!
Something is going on with his liver. Hopefully his levels go down this month so there doesn't have to be a biopsy or any further treatment. I miss him already so much! Look at that face!

I love visiting my parents. I am so thankful they only live less than 2 hrs away. I missed them the month I was gone. So nice to reconnect and hear their voices and feel their existance in person.

Haha Welcomed by 40 degree weather, I Already put another later on. Warming up for the big city!!!!! Delayed flight but that's okey! What's traveling without a delay?!?
My experience in Hawaii was beautiful. Traveling is so inspiring and rejuvenating. I really needed that time away for a lot of reasons and am so thankful it worked out. I didn't think it was possible to be away from La Luz for so long but with careful planning and teamwork I realize anything is possible. Just because I have a business doesn't mean I can't travel. I truely believe that if We r to continue ly inspire one another we must continually find ways to inspire ourselves. It's easy to get Into a routine whether working for oneself (27/7) or a 9-5 and 10 vacation days.
I moved to NYC 7 years ago with a 3 month sublease and the idea to come and start a band and get a record deal. I started a band and had so much fun living in an artist collective with 16 people. 7 years has gone by fast. I am still making music, I feel younger than ever and sillier and wiser. NYC get ya like that. U come here for one thing then other things happen then you work for the money, loose focus, get refocused, make magic, leave the city, come back for more, then make even better magic. Time is a vortex. We are all in it. So let's dance!!!

The ocean Is so alive. It is so constant with waves continuously rolling in and pushing out. Much like how the insides of our bodies work to keep us Alice...our heart pumps blood in, cleans it, pumps it out, liver, veins, lymph nodes, breathing in oxygen and out carbon monoxide.
We are drawn to the ocean. It is healing and peaceful.
To be submerged in this massive body of water is sooooo amazing!!!! It's like the warmth of the sunlight kissing your face in the morning, or like the cool breeze hugging ur body as the golden sunset creeps behind the coast.
The sand on this beach felt super coarse but smoother at the base of the shoreline. Also one side of the beach has a super tall red wall and the other side has a black wAll. Together they make this sand that has black and red pieces and other organic bits mixed together. ;)

The water is so clear here!!! I could spend alllll day jumping in then floating around. Swimming is such a fun excercise. I feel so strong!! The water moves with me. It's breathes with me.
The water here at Venus Pools reflects the sky and glows emerald.

Today the scent of eucalyptus filled the air and the sound of bamboo blowing in the wind. Traveling in the open air is so immersive in an environment so rich In greenery. So thankful to have had this experience.
